Carrie Hutchings, LPN
Carrie has worked for Dr. Sulkowski, as his nurse, since 1999. She has been married for over 20 years and has three children. Along with her husband, she runs a productive cattle farm and rental business. Carrie is very active in her church and loves to travel and spend time with her family.
Kendra Turner, LPN
Kendra knew from a very young age that she wanted to be involved in the care for others. She became a LPN in 2008 and started working for Dr. Sulkowski in early 2009. She is the mother to a very energetic little boy and enjoys spending time at home on her days off.
Dannetta Duncan, Office Manager
Dannetta has worked for Dr. Sulkowski since 2004. She has been married for over 30 years and has two beautiful daughters. She loves to read, take walks, and, most of all, spend time with her family. As office manger, Dannetta takes care of patient billing for the office along with her managerial duties.
Kelly McCullough, Receptionist
Kelly has worked with Dr. Sulkowski since 2009. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the lake, watching movies, and cheering for The University of Tennessee football team. Kelly and her husband have been married since 2012, and she has a Pug that she spoils rotten.
